2. What Personal Data We Collect & Why
2.1 Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user-agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string generated from your email (a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to display your avatar. Gravatar’s policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture is publicly visible with your comment.
2.2 Media Uploads
If you upload images, avoid embedded location (EXIF GPS) data. Site visitors can download and extract location data from images.
2.3 Cookies

2.4 Orders & Accounts
When you purchase or create an account we collect:
- Name, billing & shipping address, email, phone
- Payment details (last four digits, card type, expiry — full card data is processed by Stripe/PayPal, never stored on our servers)
- Order notes and items purchased
We use this to:
- Fulfil and track orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer-service messages
- Screen for fraud and spam
- Show you products you’ve viewed (recently viewed widget)
2.5 Newsletter & SMS
If you opt in, we collect your email (and optionally phone number) to send inspiration, product launches, and offers. You may unsubscribe any time via the footer link or by replying STOP to SMS.
2.6 Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. GA4 cookies track page views, referring sites, and events so we can improve user experience. Opt-out instructions appear in Section 7.
2.7 Embedded Content
Articles may include videos, images, or posts embedded from other sites (e.g., YouTube, Instagram). Embedded content acts as if you visited the source site, which may collect data, set cookies, and track your interaction if you have an account there.

If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
We never sell or rent your personal data.

5. Your Rights
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request:
- An exported file of the personal data we hold.
- Erasure of personal data (except data we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons).
Email privacy@winneralreadywear.com with subject “Data Request.” We will respond within 30 days.
GDPR & CCPA
EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA. We honor valid requests to access, delete, or opt-out of personal information sales (we do not sell data).
6. Data Security
We use SSL encryption site-wide, run security firewalls, maintain least-privilege admin access, and perform regular software updates. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100 % secure.
7. Cookie & Tracking Controls

- Do Not Track: We respect DNT signals where technically feasible.
Blocking cookies may affect site functionality (e.g., cart, checkout, login).
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us for removal.
9. Where We Send Your Data
Visitor comments may be checked by Akismet automated spam detection. Payments are routed through Stripe or PayPal; shipping info goes to our carriers for label generation.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Changes appear here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
